Can you give the router model and configured settings?

Are there any wired ports? and do they have any machines on them? and do they exhibit the same behaviour?

It would seem there is no such product as the DLink DL-614+, but there is a DLink DI-614+.

I see that you haven't changed the config recently, but it would be a good idea to check that the range of addresses specified is appropriate, and to check over any static DHCP entries.
According to the manual for the DI-614+, you can also see a list of the connected DHCP clients. Does it list the conflicts there?
You might also consider updating the firmware if there is a newer, better version.

If your router is not the DI-614+, then I suppose you can just ignore that.

If there isn't a newer firmware, consider writing down your broadband user and pass and then do a factory reset.

DHCP is configured correctly range is between 100 and 199, didn't have any statics set, in the list of connected clients one of the computers will show up but the other wont.

Its not a adsl router so theres no need to save my user or password ^^ but I didn't reset to factory defaults as for now i seem to have a working solution, just by assigning IP addresses manually.

What are the MAC addresses of the clients concerned?
