Here's the list:
- A completely new JavaScript engine, Carakan (Up to 8x faster).
Improved interface and Aero Glass integration.
Improvements for Aero Peek in Windows 7 (tabs can be previewed from the taskbar).
New widget platform allowing widgets to run as independent processes that appear on the desktop.
Improved HTML 5 and CCS3 support.
Dialog boxes, such as JavaScript alerts, HTTP notifications and password manager, are displayed as page overlays allowing you to switch tabs when these appear. (So imbo!)
New Vega graphics library: Hardware accelerated vector graphic rendering (GPU)
New Private browsing feature (pr0n mode)
Vastly improved in-page searching.

The most recent release is RC4 (just today), available for download here, though there are still stability issues. The new dialog boxes will be so useful. I can recall annoying moments when I've had a login prompt without being able to switch tabs to Gmail to see what the password was.
