I am currently looking at some conference rooms around town, this will mean that there will be an entry fee if we hire one out..

My parents have a flat on Gladstone road that is currently empty, (well till the 8th) big enough for 15 people with a kitchen and bathroom facilities will just need some tables.

its above dads work, Alan Berry Motors on Gladstone road, near the 'pro' subway.

We can scout out this location tommorow, also we should see if we can obtain some cheap tables from somewhere
