I just do random image searches on google. I think i found that one under 'trailer trash'.

Take the freefaller for a start, then put the right arm underneath the pillow, all the way up to the elbow. Put the left arm down the side of the body and the right knee at 45 degrees.

I also do the whole 45 degree thing, but I don't have the arm by my side. I reckon the whole weight imbalance would feel weird/uncomfortable.
